We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for 2 days per week in our busy hand therapy practice in Miranda. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Tasks & responsibilities
- General reception duties
- Liaising with patients, doctors and other medical staff via phone and email
- Typing
- Maintaining front office and treatment areas
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written skills together with a high level of computer literacy
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Very high attention to detail
- Good understanding of medical terminology would be an advantage
