AddressA thriving, well-established Medical Practice in Mosman is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist for a casual position, for a minimum of 2 x shifts per week, including Mondays and either Thursdays or Fridays and a regular Saturday morning.

Medical Receptionist:
Responsible for providing first class customer service to our patients, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail and effective time management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking appointments
- Answering a high volume of calls and emails
- Managing and updating the practice database, including billing patients
- Liaising with our GPs as well as external clinicians and providers
What we are looking for:
- Customer service and/or administrative experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly attitude
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Computer literacy - intermediate MS Office skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- A highly professional work ethic with compassion and commitment to patient care
- An ability to work well within a diverse team
Previous medical reception experience is desirable, however we are willing to train the right applicant.
We need someone who is available to work shifts on a minimum of two days per week (must include Mondays and Thursdays/Fridays) and regular Saturdays - ideally you will have the flexibility to cover other shifts if needed.
You will be supported by a progressive and highly professional team and work alongside experienced and dedicated medical practitioners.
