Our client is a boutique specialist building and facilities management company with a great track record. This role is based at a large Residential complex working with a small team.
The Role
- Front-of-house tasks
- Answering phone calls/incoming inquiries
- assisting the residents and their guests with all inquiries
- Admin & data entry
- Parking & key management
- Previous administration & customer service experience
- Outgoing & self-motivated personality
- Must be sociable and have excellent communication
- A desire to work in a collaborative team
- Experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Social & inclusive team environment
