Receptionist

We are a busy Women's Health Practice seeing an enthusiastic Receptionist to work in a small team environment.  Our practice is situated in Kent Town.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greeting patients

Medical typing

Making appointments and billing

Answering phones

Administration and reception duties

Experience:

Knowledge of Women's Health would be beneficial

Knowledge of the workings of doctors rooms

Knowledge of the Private Health system is preferable

Knowledge of Genie medical program would be advantageous

Requirements:

Position is 80 hours per fortnight

Current police check and working with children are required

Ability to work in a team environment
