Part-time Receptionist role based north of the Hobart CBD with onsite parking for 3-4 months
Your new company
Your new company is a well-established provider in the logistics market with operations across Tasmania. Due to an increase in customer demand, they have an exciting opportunity for an Receptionist to join their team based in Hobart on a part time bases for 3-4 months .
Your new role
This role will see the successful candidate working at the first point of contact for all clients and customers. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
Incoming phone calls
Talking customer payments in person and via phone.
Mailbox management
Assist in greeting clients
Scanning, filing, database management
Other adhoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, and also have the following:
Be a proven self-starter with a high level of initiative
Ability to multitask
Quick leaner
Highly proficient with the Microsoft suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
