The position is based in our Hobart city office.
We are looking to fill a permanent full-time receptionist position. The role requires a positive and proactive approach to be able to support our team.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant must be well-spoken, well-presented and have a keen interest in accounting/finance and the ability to work autonomously. Tasks include:
Front desk reception
Making client bookings
Typing letters, faxes, emails, etc
Following up and attending to queries
Electronic scanning
Filing
Bookkeeping/data entry tasks
Coordinate office needs as requested
Assisting the accountants and financial planners
Position requirements:
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite & email.
Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with all types of clients and build strong client relationships.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferably experience in using accounting software programs MYOB or Xero.
