We are seeking a proactive Receptionist to join our Student Services team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Welcoming and greeting all visitors, students and clients.
- Receiving and following up on enquiries
- Organising appointments
- Maintaining communication medium, filing, and record management.
- Processing payments and receipting.
- General office administration tasks and cleaning duties.

- have intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Please note the hours required of this role: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm.
