Part time Receptionists WANTED

Reliable staff wanted ASAP

Generous pay rate starting $28 Per Hour  - dependent on experience.

Due to increasing demand as both Centres are growing very quickly and we need vibrant, enthusiastic  and reliable staff to start ASAP.  

Successful applicant must have minimum 6-12 months medical reception experience, be professional in presentation, worth ethic and available to cover weekends. 

Able to work both Practices, Time efficiency is of upmost importance. You will need to work independently on occasion,  However will predominately will be working within Administrative team.

MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO  ADAPT TO DIFFERENT SITUATIONS QUICKLY. 

We are offering part-time positions as a medical receptionist. 

Duties include:

• You will be front of house so providing exceptional customer service and care to patients is the utmost importance.
• Answering incoming calls and forwarding on relevant calls onto Dr's and Nurses 
• Medicare and Private billings
• Allocating private and confidential material to the appropriate doctor or specialist.
• Mail and data entry
• Patient accounts 
• Working with a passionate clinical and management team that is always improving the way healthcare is delivered
• Ability to cover sick and holiday leave.

Unflappable when things get busy (and it is often busy!)

Loves to multitask

Applicants are to be warm, caring and empathetic with patients, doctors, nurses and administration

Previous experience as a medical reception
