The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations? Join our client's team as an Receptionist at a bustling automotive repair specialist, where you'll be essential in delivering exceptional reception support and administrative aid to their team of professionals and diverse range of customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide prompt and friendly reception service, greeting customers and answering phones.
- Maintain knowledge of our services and accurately provide information to customers.
- Efficiently handle digital correspondence and process vehicle drop-offs and collections, processing vehicle check-ins.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and adhere to work provider guidelines.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing RFQs, maintaining records, and reconciling reports.
- Keep the office tidy, maintain office supplies, and assist with general errands as needed.
- Weekly responsibilities such as reconciling interfaces and collating customer survey responses.
- Monthly duties include petty cash reconciliation and maintaining office supplies.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and report any incidents or hazards promptly.
- Previous reception/administration experience preferred.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office and experience with industry-specific programs preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Manual C class driver's license desirable.
- Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
