As a Receptionist/Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answer all correspondence via telephone and e-mail
- Use an in-house switchboard to transfer calls
- Meet and greet clients and staff
- Directing calls and taking messages
- Assisting with mail and couriers
- Set up boardrooms and catering needs
- Concierge duties
- Meeting/event set up & management - catering
- General office maintenance – booking of trades for repairs
- Office supply management – kitchen & stationery room items
- Asset management – security passes, lockers & laptop
- CBD location
As a successful Corporate Receptionist and Administration officer, you will have:
- Reception experience
- Switchboard experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate Presentation
- Full working rights in Australia preferred
