We are currently seeking a front of house receptionist that is bubbly and energetic
Main tasks of job:
1. Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
2. Ensuring company employees are notified of visitors and directing visitors appropriately;
3. Answering telephone calls to the main reception desk and dealing with queries or directing the calls to the appropriate department;
4. Maintaining stationery and office supplies
5. Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy;
6. Freight logistics daily and delivery enquiries
7.Any other reasonable task as directed by Office Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate computer skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
The position is a full-time basis, 8am to 5pm
