Key Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist at MHA Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Handling inquiries and providing information about the company and its services.

- Managing and organizing the reception area, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance.

- Assisting with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
