We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our accounts, reception and administration team, located centrally in East Perth.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front of House reception
- Answering internal & external phone calls
- Processing bank allocations.
- Setting up new accounts.
- Updating existing accounts.
- Liaising with customers.
- Assisting with reception & general administration duties.
What you need to be a successful applicant:
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A good attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent phone manner and strong customer service skills.
- An understanding of the Accounts Receivable process will be well regarded.
