Form of workWattle Hill Care is a stand-alone, 62 bed aged care facility located in Bunbury. We have a tremendous group of staff taking the very best care of the those in need in our local community.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Officer, to work 2 to 3 days each week as well as cover full time for holidays.
This role will suit somebody with ‘front of house’ administrative and customer service responsibilities. The successful candidate will be adept at providing operational and administrative support for our senior management and our residential services.
It is essential you have advanced organisational and time management skills, juggling competing demands with ease. It is also important you have exceptional customer focus and a can-do approach, who is as comfortable working independently as you are in a team.
You must be proficient in the use all Microsoft Office software packages as this is a key component of the role you will have superb attention to details and idealy have worked in the aged or health care sector.
This is a part time time position working 2 to 3 days each week as well as full time to cover for periods of annual leave. We are able to offer maximum salary sacrificing benefits.
