Lighthouse Engineering, A leading provider of high quality structural and mechanical steelwork located in Wangara is looking for a receptionist/ Admin officer to join our team on Full time basis.

This role would ideally suit a confident outgoing and well-spoken person with a minimum of 3 years previous reception/ Admin experience preferably in similar industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide reception and office administration duties such as answering phones, mail, emails, stationery orders, uniform orders, stocking of brochures, meeting minutes and general client enquiries etc
- Assist in day-to-day scanning, printing and filing of documentation as needed.
- Provide support to the business staff as needed.
- Co-ordinate events booking, travel and training requirements as needed.
- Request quotes and compare prices as required.
- Maintain asset register, data entry and fill in administrative application as needed.
Essential criteria:
- 3 years + previous experience in an office environment, preferably Manufacturing Operations
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is essential.
- Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Sound written communication skills, with experience in minute taking.
- Effective organizational skills and attention to details, particularly in regard to accurate data entry, filing systems and administrative resource management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand boundaries.

- Excellent time management and proven ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks at one given time.
- Demonstrated ability to work thoroughly and efficiently in a team environment as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Valid Driver’s license
- Police Clearance
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent is an advantage but not essential.

Working time is 7:30 am till 4:00 pm inclusive of 30 min unpaid lunch break.
