Hours: Flexible hours to suit applicant - Part-time / Full-time available

As the Receptionist at Alice Mobile Blinds, you will play an important role in delivering timely, professional service to customers and contractors. Working collaboratively within our team, you will ensure seamless administration operations to facilitate the smooth delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
- Answer incoming calls, manage enquiries, and book appointments.
- Organise the daily schedules and liaise with customers and staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- MYOB experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
