Receptionist / Administration Support

Planex Sales Pty Ltd, a leading manufacturing company in Melbourne’s outer south east suburbs, is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our busy team. 

This is a fulltime position, working at our manufacturing plant located at Princes Highway Hallam.

Full training will be provided & there is a great opportunity to start your career in a nurturing environment.

Start April/May 2024.

Tasks will include:

• General Office Duties
• Answering telephones
• Responding to daily general enquiries
• Basic data entry tasks
• Greeting visitors
• Assisting MD and BDM as required
• Filing & preparing/sorting of sales orders.
• General Facilities upkeep

We see you as a valuable member of our team and a genuine all-rounder.

The successful candidate will have:

• Great phone manner and communication skills
• Good computer skills especially with MS Word and Outlook
• A willingness to learn, attention to detail, accuracy & a positive attitude
• VCE Certificate required
• Drivers Licence
