Temporary opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join a Not for Profit ogranisation in Fairfield for a short term contract!

Based in their Fairfield office, they seek a proactive and team orientated individual to join their support team on a temporary basis to cover annual leave.
Your Role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls
- Diverting all calls to the relevant department
- Accurate recording and sharing of messages
- Distribution of incoming mail
- Preparation of outgoing mail
- Meeting and greeting clients / guests
- Ad hoc administration
Your Profile
You will have a proactive nature and a natural willingness to assist others. You will be empathetic and patient whilst liaising with clients over the phone. You will use your initiative and pride yourself on taking ownership of your role. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and pick up new systems quickly.
You will take pride in your ability to multitask and provide high levels of customer service. You will have sound experience with MS Office and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You will have a minimum of 1 years demonstrated experience in providing reception and telephone services support.
You will have a valid WWCC and Police check and a valid NDIS worker screening check would be preferred.
