We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and Administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Your daily duties will include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Schedule appointments, meetings and conference rooms
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure the reception area and common areas are tidy and presentable
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Space and Vehicle management
- Preparing presentations and reports
Requirements for the Role
- Proven experience as a receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and customer orientated approach
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- Yellow Card/ Worker Disability Screening Clearance
- Criminal History Check
- Drivers Licence
