Karreman Quarries currently have a vacancy for a Permanent Part Time Receptionist and Sales Support to join the team located at our Mt Cotton location. Reporting to the Sales Manager. This Position is responsible for ensuring the group has the right administrative support and would suit someone looking to get back into the workforce or someone wanting four days a week 9am to 4.30pm, other days may be accommodated as this is a split role with our other friendly receptionist.
As the Receptionist and Sales Support you will be required to, but not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Taking care of reception area – making sure visitors are greeted and directed to the right person
- Ordering and allocating uniforms
- Mail and Banking once a week
- Updating and maintaining Company Manuals and Master Forms as directed
- Entering new vehicles into our Transport Compliance System and Asset Register
- Allocating and maintaining register of Toll Tags for Vehicles
- Data entry of fuel usage into Fuel registers
- Creating Quotations and sending them to customers
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required
Successful Candidates will have:-
- A positive work ethic and attitude, Consider it done — safely.
- Must be proactive, team focused & able to work autonomously
- Ability to follow a task through to completion
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Pleasant phone manner essential
- Good communicator
- Customer Service or reception experience preferred but not essential
