Job Summary: As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing outstanding support to our clients and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Responsible for providing administration support to Property Management & Sales Teams
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Providing information to clients about properties and services offered
Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate as part of a large team
Diligent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well in a busy environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly smile and voice
