About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Administration Team Leader to join our award-winning team in Archerfield. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Service Administration Team Leader, you will:
- Provide support and supervision to the Service Administration Team ensuring customer support functions are performed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
- Provide efficient administrative assistance to the Service Manager, Management Team and the Business Centres.
- Serve as a liaison between business centres to investigate and resolve problems and facilitate the proper flow of information.
- Liaise with Service Manager on internal audit requirements and work with recommendations creating implementation plans, reviewing regularly with control systems in place.
- Prepare and distribute communications (e.g., bulletins, newsletters) to inform and update employees of new or revised information.
- Ensure quality and cost-effective preferred supplier agreements are in place and reviewed regularly.
- Provide administration support across the department in relation to Workshop Stores management, WIP management, invoicing and preferred supplier agreement management.
- Manage various databases and dashboards
- Oversee Service Department Cash Sale ledger and assign tasks accordingly
- Monitor monthly trading statements and report variances to Service Manager

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Demonstrated Experience in supervising, leading, and developing teams within a diversified Company.
- Experience in a position that involves high levels of communication, problem resolution and negotiation.
- Extensive experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, efficient data entry skills and high attention to detail are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to take charge without direction to get the job done, with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and prioritisation.
- A strong focus on Team Leadership and driving delivery of quality customer service.
- Ability to work with management and staff to assist in the delivering of required business outcomes.
- Effective time management skills, along with well-developed (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
