The Opportunity
Based at our office in Pirie Street, Adelaide this is a full time position providing Reception and Administration support to our team.
As the face of TMK, you will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and daily interactions with all teams and team members.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service to clients and visitors as the first point of contact of the business
- Attending to telephone and email enquiries
- Attendance to booking in jobs/projects, amendments and external service orders etc. within our job costing and project management systems
- Assisting with typing and issuing of various documentation and reports
- Assisting with day-to-day operations such as office supplies ordering and coordination of catering for meetings and/or events
- General office administration supporting all disciplines
About You
You are client focused, self motivated, reliable and trustworthy. You possess:
- clear and effective communication skills both verbal and in writing
- excellent time management skills
- advanced computer and word processing skills
- the ability to organise and deliver tasks with minimal supervision
- previous administration and/or reception experience
- a desire to learn and willingness to change and adapt
