AddressChiropractic Assistant / Receptionist
This casual position is approximately 20 hrs per week requiring availability at our family focussed Chiropractic practice 3 days per week between 9am -7pm. Flexibility of hours may be considered for the right applicant.
Join our well established Chiropractic practice on Brisbane's north side, with a focus on preventative care and family health. This warm, friendly clinic requires a reliable person with superior management and multi-tasking skills to become a member of our front desk team.
The successful applicant needs to be immaculately presented, able to work at a fast and efficient rate with an impeccable attention to detail. We require someone that is honest and reliable with a positive attitude toward health care and dealing with the general public.
Key duties include
Manage reception:
- Greeting clients
- Managing phone calls
- Scheduling of appointments
- Receipting and money handling
- Confidential management of patient files
General administration duties:
- Banking, account management, word processing, stock control etc.
Liaise with and support practitioners and clients
Maintaining office presentation
Full training and support is provided to ensure your success with ongoing personal and professional development.
Chiropractic and Administration experience required.
