About the role
- Greeting and managing patients arriving in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering of phones and handling mail
- Appointment book management
- Facilitating billing procedures
- Updating medical records and patient information
- General administration duties such as emails, scanning and faxes
- General cleaning duties
- Support to practice manager and doctors
About you
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Experience using Best Practice Software (desirable)
- Friendly, bubbly and professional temperament
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- An eye for detail
