24th March, 2024 Enjoy a varied role providing customer services and admin for a collision repair business. Perform a variety of tasks that support people to get their vehicles repaired. You’ll have autonomy in your role to create an exceptional customer experience and manage your day. Day-to-day you’ll meet and greet clients, manage and respond to calls and emails with questions about repairs (we’ll teach you what you need to know), photograph vehicles, capture data, liaise with insurance companies and update clients. There’s lots of room for growth in other office areas. You may be a school leaver, or a return-to-work parent, or even a car enthusiast; regardless you’ve had experience wowing customers. Resilient, stressed clients don’t faze you. Full of initiative you see and do what is needed. Computer literacy and excellent English enables you communicate clearly.
