Our client based in Ingleburn is a well know manufacturer of plastic products based in Ingleburn.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions across the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business.
The Role:
- Casual/Temp with full time hours
- Monday to Friday 38 hours per week
- $35.00 per hour
- Opportunity for permanency
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to human resources, finance, operations, and sales.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, documents, and records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
