About the role
Due to the ongoing demand for our customised patient care and recent re-structure to support the continued growth, we are seeking applicants to join our fun and vibrant practice supported by a team of great people. Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage appointments, respond to emails in a professional manner and process payments;
- Provide general administration duties as required;
- Assist in housekeeping of the practice to high standard;
- Basic bookkeeping of the practice;
- Basic sterilisation assistance as required.

- Outstanding customer service with excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills;
- Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised;
- Basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Passionate about learning new skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail;

- Proactive nature with 'Can-do' attitude as you won't be bored working with us;
- Strong commitment to protecting patients' rights and privacy.
- Police Clearance and Working with Children Clearance are mandatory requirements of employment
