Jan De Nul has an opportunity for a Mobilisation Administrator to support the HR team from our West Perth office. This is a part time fixed term role with the possibility to become permanent.
The role:
As the Mobilisation Administrator you will provide key support in successfully mobilising all site personnel.
- Compliance and maintenance of tickets and qualifications
- Booking and arranging PPE, medicals, travel and other admin duties as required by management
- Liaise with client and client site contacts to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met, qualification checks are complete, and additional training, flights and accommodation are booked before mobilisation
- Maintain accurate database of all personnel
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of invoicing requirements, including purchase orders, verification / approval of invoices and correct cost-code allocations
- Undertake reasonable additional duties as directed to support the team and project.
About you:
- Previous experience working with the resources sector in a similar role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365
- Highly self-motivated, methodical, and organised - this is a fast paced role where you will be required to meet deadlines, self-motivation will play a huge role in your performance and ability to meet these deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of OPMS would be seen as a definite advantage
- Must be willing to work from our office in West Perth
