Job DescriptionJoining our Administration Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones, redirecting calls and taking messages
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
- General office housekeeping including maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Booking meetings and arranging catering
- Meeting room management
- General administrative duties as and when required
With extensive experience in receptionist and administrative roles, you'll come to us with:
- Intrinsic ability to use initiative to complete tasks proactively.
- Strong work ethic, and the desire to work as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience with travel booking systems, managing calendars, office administration and coordinating tasks within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Natural organisation and time management capabilities
- Effective communication within a professional services corporate environment
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
