OPTIMIND is a multidisciplinary mental health care practice, with clinics operating across Mornington, Somerville, Highett and Box Hill. OPTIMIND offers Psychiatry, Psychology, Neuropsychology, Mental Health Social Work and Dietary services to the local community and beyond, and facilitate appointment both in our clinics and via Telehealth.
We have approximately 35 clinicians working across all clinics. OPTIMIND values fairness, equity, respect and balance, and believe that our collaborative approach ensures patients receive the highest quality care. We are on the search for Medical Receptionists to join our newly opened Box Hill Clinic.
The ideal candidate will be based predominantly from Box Hill, but have the flexibility to also work from Somerville/Highett when necessary. Previous medical administration experience is preferred, but not essential.
Qualifications & experience
- Prior medical administration experience favored, but not mandatory
Tasks & responsibilities
- General administration (phones, emails, scanning, cleaning)
- General office duties
- Billing and invoicing
- Scheduling of appointments
- Liaising with patients and clinicians
