We are currently seeking an experienced admin + client experience superstar to join our team!
Kinematics is a holistic ALLIED HEALTH CLINIC, offering a one-stop-shop for progressive, effective and personalised health care services to enhance movement, wellbeing and performance. Our service offerings include Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Podiatric Biomechanics, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Clinical Pilates, Strength + Conditioning and an infrared sauna.
Our purpose-built clinic has an energetic vibe with a passionate team of clinicians and administrative staff. We have fostered a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring that every member is highly valued and appreciated. We are looking for someone to initially work 10-15 hours per week to start, with room to grow to 20+ hours by June/July, and even possibility of full-time in future as demand continues within our admin team.
This position is for someone desiring a long-term career in administration within a premium healthcare setting and therefore we ideally aren't looking for someone currently studying to be an ALLIED HEALTH practitioner.

The role will involve:
- Being the friendly front of house face welcoming our clients into the clinic.
- Schedule appointments, take payments, maintain patient files and generate reports.
- Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Actively promoting Kinematics services to potential referrers and clients.
- Must be available 1-2 evenings a week + happy to cover occasional Saturdays 8am-3pm.
- As a team we are always growing and expanding, so additional skill sets may be utilised within the role (Eg. operations, marketing + events coordination).
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an ALLIED HEALTH practice and using Cliniko practice management software will be highly regarded.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year administration experience or extensive customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer services and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and understand our unique approach to ALLIED HEALTH so that you can coherently be the eyes, ears and voice of the clinic.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn clinical software quickly is essential.
- High level computer literacy, including proficiency using Word and Excel.
- The ability to be efficient, multi-task, prioritise tasks and have great attention to detail.
