Receptionist

Receptionist for 20 -25 hours per week.

The Motel and Hotel is run by a small family with friendly team members. If you enjoy meeting new people this is the job for you. Not a monotonous role, never two days the same. Casual working hours for flexibility and a relaxed atmosphere. The successful applicants will need to be available for some weekend work.

The role includes:

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly manner
• Respond to all guest questions and requests
• Answer and forward phone calls
• Manage guest bookings and reservations
• Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Laundry processing

Skill Needed:

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills, Microsoft, emails and booking system.
• Customer service.
• Multitasking and prioritizing
• Guest Point booking system (willing to train candidate)
