Accounts Officer

MARS is collaborating with a global Engineering firm. They're currently seeking an Accounts Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This position presents an excellent chance to expand your expertise and enhance your finance/accounting skills. It is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for permanent placement for the ideal candidate.

The Responsibilities:

• Generating credit notes
• Reconciling multiple accounts
• Handling payments for third-party providers
• Maintaining regular communication with third-party providers
• Compiling data for invoicing purposes
• Preparing accounting confirmation data
• Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Providing general administrative support to the team

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (AP/AR/Reconciliation)
• Possess knowledge and experience in account reconciliations, financial control, and reporting
• Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Office based close to Regents Park
