Well established dental practice in Caroline Springs,VIC. Our practice has a well established team accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. We seek individuals to join our team that genuinely care about the welfare of our patients and growth of the clinic. Experienced staff ,we strive to provide excellent care for our patients.

  As a front of house member of the team, the role is pivotal to the operation of the practice. Excellent communication skills and time management skills are crucial in this role. Ongoing development and training is provided aiding in supportive growth within the role.

It is a full time position Monday- Friday. No weekends .

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting
• Previous dental assisting or receptionist experience

Tasks & responsibilities

• Be professional, courteous, friendly and supportive.
• Manage appointment schedules for multiple practitioners in an efficiency and time sensitive manner
• Process payments, claims and complete reporting
• Have excellent communication skills, a background in a receptionist role 
• Have advanced working knowledge of Dental software.
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrate working efficiently managing a large portfolio of clients
