We currently have a Reception position available within our Melbourne Branch.

About The Position...

We are seeking a mature self-motivated individual to manage our reception desk.

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients and technicians as well as offering administration support across the organisation.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Answer, screen and forward calls in a professional manner
• Greet and welcome guests
• Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)
• Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system)
• Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register
• Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers
• Document filing, organising, archiving and general Administration Duties
• Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detail
• A positive and professional manner
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Previous administration experience (Preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
• There is a high demand for efficient time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a highly transactional environment
