We currently have a Reception position available within our Melbourne Branch.
About The Position...
We are seeking a mature self-motivated individual to manage our reception desk.
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our clients and technicians as well as offering administration support across the organisation.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Answer, screen and forward calls in a professional manner
- Greet and welcome guests
- Purchase order entry (PRONTO system)
- Managing incoming Accounts Payable invoices (KOFAX system)
- Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register
- Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers
- Document filing, organising, archiving and general Administration Duties
- Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills and attention to detail
- A positive and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous administration experience (Preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- There is a high demand for efficient time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a highly transactional environment
