We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner at all times, that understands the importance of great guest service and promotes a positive brand image. This role requires 4 days including a Saturday.
Do you have?
- Strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
- ERA experience (advantageous)
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide service to a high level
The successful applicant will possess:
- An approachable and positive personality
- Previous reception experience (in a high-volume retail business is highly desirable)
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
