We are in search of a dynamic Receptionist/Office Administrator, brimming with motivation, independence, and diligence, to elevate our customer service standards and provide adept administrative support at our bustling Head Office in St Leonards. - Streamline administrative operations across all business facets, focusing on comprehensive document management
- Office upkeep including coordination with building management, overseeing office services, and managing repairs as needed
- Facilitate catering arrangements and contribute to event coordination
- Assist various nursing teams with data entry tasks
- Prior experience in Reception or Office Administration is a prerequisite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (knowledge of Sharepoint is advantageous)
- Demonstrated organizational prowess, adept at multitasking, and efficient time management
- Superb verbal and written communication skills for seamless interaction with clients and colleagues
- A personable individual with a positive, can-do attitude
