Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception area for the Kingston office and workshops, among other administrative duties.
The position will be based in Kingston on a part-time basis, 8.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people through various communication tools, and have the skill to adapt to changing circumstances and situations and professionally respond to these changes with a ‘positive’ attitude.
You need to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and the ability to discreetly manage issues that may arise with good common sense. Computer proficiency and knowledge, along with strong interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a reception environment or has a similar administrative background. Just as importantly, this role will play a major role in arranging events and driving office activities.
