About the role:
We are looking for experienced and passionate Receptionists to support the Management Team at both of our Geelong homes, Eden Park and The Vue. Your day will have a variety of tasks from engaging with residents, their families and our employees to general administrative tasks. Not limited to roster management and employee administration. This is a busy role and will suit a positive and proactive applicant.
The days and fixed hours for these roles are:
Eden Park
- Saturday and Sunday: 1100hrs – 1600hrs
The Vue
- Thursday and Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs
You will be working within an inclusive and supportive team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families to deliver high quality clinical and personal care to residents of Luson.
About you:
You have a strong background in reception and administration and a genuine ability to deliver a high level of customer service and support. You are enthusiastic, organised and dedicated to making a difference.
- Reception / Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Aged Care or the Health sector is desirable
- Strong digital literacy - Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior rostering assistance will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail and able to multi task
- Confident and empathetic nature
- Team player
To be the successful candidate you must meet the position requirements as well as provide a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, along with COVID-19 (including Booster) and Influenza vaccinations.
