AddressAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced medical receptionist to join our busy, friendly General Practice in St Helena (Greensborough/Eltham area). We are a fully accredited General Practice with an excellent reputation in the area.
You will be supported by a very friendly team of 13 GP's, 5 nurses, 6 admin staff and a full time Practice Manager.
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience working in a Medical Practice or similar setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a willingness to learn.
- A friendly, personable and professional phone manner.
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literacy is essential and knowledge of Best Practice will be highly regarded.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent part time position. Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9am - 2pm. Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Must be flexible to extend days to cover annual leave and sick leave. The ocassional Saturday morning is also required.
