We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team (9.00am to 5.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays PPT).
The right person will share a passion and drive to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, make best use of our amenities and build strong relationships with Residents and their Families.
They will be highly motivated to drive and deliver exceptional customer service.
The role will include:
- Managing the day to day requirements of Reception.
- Providing a High level of Customer Service.
- Administrative Support
- Management of Stationary Supplies
- Management of Petty Cash
- Updating of documentation
- Filing & archiving
- Scheduling and arranging meetings
- Assisting with Tours
- Assisting with recruitment & HR
- Education coordination and student placement
What you will need:
- Qualifications in Business Administration
- 2+ Years experience in Residential Aged Care.
- Experience in administration.
- Experience with Resident Admissions (including preadmission, admission and post admission process).
- Experience in working in a Customer Service environment.
- Cheerful nature.
- Great communication skills
- Great documentation practice
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Vaccinations in accordance with Government guidelines.
- Current NDIS Screening Csheck
