Physiotas, a leading healthcare provider, is currently offering two (2) permanent part-time Receptionist positions at their Launceston office. They are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in inclusive and enjoyable work environments.

Physiotas has two (2) Receptionist positions available at their Launceston office, offering part-time hours: 20 hours/week and 28 hours/week.

As a Receptionist at Physiotas, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their reception area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making appointments
• Handling payments
• Obtaining and securely storing patient information
• Maintaining the appearance of the reception and other practice rooms
• End-of-day balancing and banking.
• Stock ordering.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Physiotas has been serving the local community for over 25 years, with seven clinics across northern Tasmania. Their practice collaborates with local hospitals, doctors, workplaces, aged care facilities, insurance companies and private health funds.
