Form of workWoodards Elsternwick require a ‘front of house’ person Monday to Friday, to coordinate workflow for a busy real estate office and provide administration support for our real estate team.
The successful candidate must have excellent computer skills (Word & Excel), Immaculate presentation and grooming, a keen eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Enthusiasm, a desire to succeed combined with initiative, a willingness to learn and the ability to be a positive team member are also essential attributes for this role. Ideally you will have your Agents Representative Certificate or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and tradespeople
- Managing correspondence
- Filing and data entry
- Key management
- Predominantly providing support for the property management team
- Online property listing management and facilitation
- Answering incoming phone calls
