Qualifications & experience
- Experience in an Administration or Receptionist type role
- Demonstrated excellent co-ordination and organisational skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Professional presentation and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-Savvy & Ability to adapt with our Software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Liaising with clients
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Stock ordering as required
- Perform a range of administrative duties
