Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in an Administration or Receptionist type role
  • Demonstrated excellent co-ordination and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Professional presentation and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-Savvy & Ability to adapt with our Software

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients
  • Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
  • Stock ordering as required
  • Perform a range of administrative duties
