KSH Group is a Shopfitting company located in Lidcombe.
Our company is looking for an organised and self-motivated receptionist who will be responsible for providing support to our Office Management Team. Experience within the construction or shopfitting industry is essential.
The experienced receptionist must be determined, willing to deal with challenges and is a team player.
Your task includes but not limited to;
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
- General office duties & data entry
- Prepare meetings, team travel arrangements and car rentals
- Provide support to OPS GM and Project Manager's with a variety of administration tasks
- Perform and track purchase orders
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities
- Requesting quotes & samples for materials from current and new vendors
- Organising site inductions & information for deliveries
- Assisting with orders, supply & delivery of materials to the site
- Maintaining company informations & confidentiality at all times
- Managing reception/foyer and kitchen areas to ensure they are presentable at all times
- Performing other relevant duties as required
Receptionist Requirements;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or similar
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- The ability to work autonomously & show leadership
