The Role

Partnering with Podiatry, we are like no other, offering both podiatry services such as foot and ankle pain, heel pain, general foot care, orthotics and the footwear to compliment!
Duties include, but not limited to:

• Retail customer service
• Rostering
• Leading collaboratively within the team
• Medical Administration
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Visual Merchandising
• Opening and Closing of the clinic/store
• Use of Pos, Eftpos and HICAPS Provide administration support to our podiatrists
• Answering incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Using our practice management system to book clients appointments
• Handling confidential medical information

Ideal candidates will have:

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Rostering Experience
• Management Experience
• Professional phone etiquette
• Can sell ice to an Eskimo
• Prior medical reception experience
• A genuine approach to people
• A passion to exceed targets
• The ability to think on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods
