AddressWe are an Accountancy Practice located in Sandgate, Qld, looking to employ a Receptionist/Trainee.
Your responsibilities will include:
General Reception duties
Managing Appointments
Answering phone calls,
Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Filing, photocopying and scanning duties as and when required.
Required hours are 9am to 5pm for the months July - September and for October - June 9.30am to 2pm ( but we are flexible around these hours) Monday to Friday
