We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist (~15 hours per week) to join our Wynnum team.

Our Receptionist role is to support the day to day running of our allied health practices. You will work on the front desk and closely with the Office Manager to ensure every patient receives excellent customer service!
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates the highest level of patient care & service skills
- Is an enthusiastic team player
- Shows attention to detail
- Enjoys a range of office and administration responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaning
- Loves working as part of a dynamic team
- Has full availability to work Mon-Fri, including open/close shifts
- Has experience with Hi-caps, Excel, Medicare, and Practice Management Software (Gensolve preferred)
- Possesses reception/admin experience (medical/allied health preferred)
