Mortgage Innovations in Varsity Lakes is a multi award winning business which has been operating in the Gold Coast Market for over 15 years. We pride ourselves in offering our customers a stress free & seamless home loan experience whilst having fun along the way. Our business has grown organically over the past 5 years and our current Receptionist is moving into a new role within the business!
The position entails the following day to day tasks:
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing and responding to incoming leads
- Setting appointments for mortgage brokers
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Managing the “In touch” program for our database
- Writing weekly birthday cards and annual Christmas cards
- Organising office stationery
- Inputting data into MyCRM
- Processing loans (only if required)
- Adhering to NCCP standards
- General office administration duties
The candidate should ideally have:
- Fun, warm and welcoming personality
- Finance experience highly regarded
- CRM experience
- Tech- savvy and willing to learn and adapt
- High attention to detail
- Experience with processing loans will be highly regarded
